Notes:

  • Full day is from 8 am to 5 pm (or a maximum of 8 hours)
  • Half-day is from 8:00 am to noon (or a maximum of 4 hours)
  • All extra hours will be charged
  • All changes have to be made 48 hours prior to the date of the conference
  • Only increasing the number of attendees can be made the day of the event

Additional Activity Cost: Live Band – GHC 6,000.00, Cultural Group – GHC 1,500.00, Night Club with DJ – GHC 3,000.00 (10 pm – 3 am)
