A full-day booking runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or a maximum of 8 hours.
A half-day booking runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, or a maximum of 4 hours.
Additionally, all extra hours beyond the allocated time will be charged.
Please note that any changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours before the conference date.
However, increasing the number of attendees can still be done on the day of the event.
Additional Activity Cost: Live Band – GHC 6,000.00, Cultural Group – GHC 1,500.00, Night Club with DJ – GHC 3,000.00 (10 pm – 3 am). To enhance your event experience, we offer several add-on entertainment options:
