Important Notes

  • A full-day booking runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or a maximum of 8 hours.

  • A half-day booking runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, or a maximum of 4 hours.

  • Additionally, all extra hours beyond the allocated time will be charged.

  • Please note that any changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours before the conference date.

  • However, increasing the number of attendees can still be done on the day of the event.

Additional Activity Cost: Live Band – GHC 6,000.00, Cultural Group – GHC 1,500.00, Night Club with DJ – GHC 3,000.00 (10 pm – 3 am). To enhance your event experience, we offer several add-on entertainment options:

  • Live Band – GHC 6,000.00

  • Cultural Group – GHC 1,500.00

  • Night Club with DJ – GHC 3,000.00 (10:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
